I agree that Pegasus is a great blend for all seasons. One thing I have noticed is that Pegasus is an excellent choice for a smoke out in the cold. Something about the cold seems to amplify the flavors, at least for me.Good Ol' Pegasus in an Apple. Watching the flakes coming down, a great blend for all seasons. Running low on this bag its a good thing I've got another 4 oz in a jar waiting for me.
