Kendal Plug mixed with Dark BirdsEye in a Pete 313.
The soft rounded “shoulder” on the ferrule and the stamping leads me to believe this may be early Republic.
Regardless, it smokes great.
Just a touch of the “Derriston” ghost remains from its prior caretaker.
