Did a set of walking reps, smoked a bowl of Three Sails, enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am just finishing this bowl of Watch City Santa’s Sack in a 1980s White Pipe straight, smooth octagonal paneled billiard meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem.

Still trying to get over the flu and bronchitis. On inhalers, prednisone, and such shinola. So still not had a pipe in WAY too long! Soon hopefully. Meantime, I am reading this forum, somewhat wistfully, I must add. Happy December everyone!

@JimInks ---- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Sorry I missed it, been away from WAYS this week with a wee bit of COVID (look to be fully recovered in a couple days, no effects on senses, compared to the six week in and out visits to the hospital two years ago this is a piece of cake, so no worries).

Hope it was a great day, hope you had wonderful interactions with family and friends, and I'll bet the cats treated your birthday with less disdain than they would have for anyone else!

My first bowl of GH&Co Black Cherry Twist, in a clay. Not an auspicious start, because it started to gurgle around the same time it finally took a light. But flavor-wise, very promising! Just when I least expected it, there were little wisps of sweetness. Looking forward to getting to know this stuff better.
