Almost half way through this bowl of 1970s Prince Albert in a 2015 straight dark brown Peterson Irish Harp 150 bulldog with a silver band and a tapered acrylic cumberland fish tail stem.
Jiminks: Would you describe for us what you feel the 50 year aging process has had on the Prince Albert you smoked earlier today, and the effects as you experienced them in your smoking; versus, say a recent vintage of the same? Thanks - Sherm Natman

Some Elizabethan mixture in a Wilke Canadian. I have my second pipe of the day ready , it is Wilke Lizzie blood red in a Bones tankard. A top shelf dirty Martini extra dry. Going to listen to some Christmas Jazz. Rack of lamb chops marinating in olive oil and Rosemary will sear in my cast iron. Online looking for more tins for the cellar. LONDON MADE on the shank
A.P (Adolph POSENER trading as POSENER & Co - 61 Mansell Street, Goodmans Field, London - pipe and fancy goods manufacturers) stamped on the mount with marks for London 1915
(I don't know how pipe production was affected during the First World War but going by the small number I've got dateable to between 1914 and 1918 my guess is that considerably fewer pipes were made during the war than before the war)
+ Robert Lewis 123 MIXTURE
