I bet you enjoyed your pipe by the fire; I'd like to do that when I take part in living history re-enactment!
Did you light your pipe from the fire?
I'd like to try it at re-enactment events once the pandemic has passed.
A good clay pipe of Gawith Hoggarth or Captain Black by the fire would take me back over 200 to 400 years!

I lit it with a Zippo ?

I didn’t have any kindling. I started the fire with some cardboard boxes I needed to get rid of, otherwise a lit twig would’ve worked.
A pipe by the fire on a cool night is quite nice. Highly recommended ?

Hey guys, I haven't posted in a while, but I have been continuing with my normal 1-2 pipes a week. Today it was Figgy Pudding from The Country Squire, in my Peterson Bent Dublin.

I try to save this for the holiday season, but really it's one of my favorite aromatics ever, and I could smoke it at any time of year. It does fit perfectly with Thanksgiving and Christmas, but at the same time it's not the cinnamon/spice/orange/nutmeg type aroma that you typically associate with the holidays. It's very unique, and I just love it.
