No, not really a dabbler . . . although have done some very basic dabbling such as mixing 50% St. BRUNO with 50% B&H MELLOW VIRGINIA which I kind of prefer to St. BRUNO by itself or 50% Dunhill new (2007) 965 MIXTURE + 50% Dunhill (old c. 1980) LATAKIA which ticks most of the boxes for me.
To be honest would rather leave blending to the professionals or to those that know what they're doing.

If I want a touch of cigar I reach for one of these:
- Robert Lewis 123 MIXTURE
- G.L. Pease KEY LARGO
- G.L. Pease ROBUSTO
- J.J. Fox THE BANKERS
- Cornell & Diehl PURPLE COW

I only smoke from my small stock of early 1980s Sobranie, Dunhill, Sullivan Powell, B&H O.V.F. etc. at the weekend
I've got one tin of Virginian N0. 10 left, to me the best so far. They used H. Upmann Cuban tobacco for it. Now if someone could tell me the percentages of Virginia and Cigar leaf in this mixture. I could try the Pease mixtures, Bakers was really bad.
