Experiment: Bold Kentucky mixed with Germain’s Virginia Cavendish (royal, green). Strong stuff, but not horrible. I can for sure feel the lump in my throat though. I can’t imagine smoking this stuff straight. In a Nording Freehand.

Did a little snacking, and am a third of the way through the last of this sample of year 2010 McClelland Pebblecut in a 2003 smooth full bend, gold banded 3 Star Ferndown Tudor Root with a black acrylic tapered stem. Working on a Veronica story that takes place in the Spring. Talk about working ahead of time!

Anyway late to posting again until I figure out shrinking an image on my phone to post realtime but started sunday with a quick fix from this Dinky before heading to the beach
with some run of the mill BR Bronze 
Very hot day over the weekend so spent most of the time under a tree switching between smoking cigars (see Cigar thread) and a couple of bowls from a recent new pipe purchase :

All washed down with copious amounts of alcohol to keep 'hydrated' in the heat

In my Dunhill 1973 Bruyere 623 I just enjoyed a blend I call Ten to Chocolate I've been tinkering with from blends I thought were just ok. It's coming along very nicely.
