MacB's Old Dark Fired in a Jobey straight billiard with spot carving, triple bands, and tortoise shell stem; I think this one is made in France, or the U.S. with the stem stamped "France" (?). Jobey moved around -- France, England, U.S., France. It has a screw-in stem that actually works. It has a gloss finish that doesn't smother the fire -- a counterintuitive pipe.

Just back from a trip to the dog park. To be honest, I'm not sure who's being trained; me or the dog. In any case, let's see if I can teach this Ozark mini a few new tricks with some 4noggins Bald Headed Teacher.

My first smoke of Peterson's Wild Atlantic in a Champion Deluxe. The description on the pouch says that it has a "generous amount of Latakia", but I think the photo proves that we all have different definitions of generosity.
