As we let the Irish into the Brit section around here: twas a 2-Peter so far today. ODF twice, once in the Dublin & London John Bull and once in the rusticated Kinsale version of the Hansom, the XL 26. Will be re-Pete-ing tonight with another Peterson.

That statement could be taken a completely different way from smoking pipes! (And don't ask a Yankee girl what time she wants to be knocked up! Or we Yanks should not talk military style in the UK, such as "Roger that"...) :)

Not really enjoying some Sam Gawith Scottish Autumn Flake in a Hardcastle bent bulldog. Shall need to smoke some Condor immediately after to put my taste buds right.
Regards,
Jay.

mso489, my "London holdings" consist of 2 Willmers- a straight pot which I quite like and an enormous bent billiard-, a 116 year-old Salmon & Gluckstein straight bulldog, a Sasieni 4 dot rusticated Ruff Root Rhodesian, and a large straight black-blasted no name billiard with an extra-long narrow and thin stem and metal ferrule which may be my favorite looker among the London gang.

Smoking some SG Cabbies Mixture in a BBB Thornycroft bulldog this morning.
Brian, I would call that shape a spool shape. MM corncobs come in that shape too, but you don't see many briars with that shape. Very cool pipe!

This morning it was John Cotton's Numbers 1&2 (first time trying it, loved it) in an Olde English estate pipe that was recently gifted to me by a VERY generous forum member. I have always heard of the generosity of the pipe community, but didn't expect to experience it so quickly after joining the forums! I hope to participate (as a giver) in said generosity in the future!
