Enjoyed a way too short snooze, and not far from finishing this bowl of C&D We Three Kings 2025 in a 2003 URAL full bend big bowl egg shaped Lattice meer with a black acrylic saddle stem. Watching the Braves-Marlins game as I work on the review of this blend.

It drops tomorrow! I’m staying up as long as I can last for the review, lol, but not the night owl you are.

Relaxing after a wonderful small salad, big porterhouse steak and baked potato dinner with a third of the peach pie m'lady made earlier today and a small bowl of vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. I just finished smoking year 2014 FVF in a straight smooth dark brown 1896 W.H. Newman, Ltd. billiard with a sterling silver band and a tapered yellow and orange stem with white swirls and an orific bit. Too humid for coffee tonight, so ice water and bergs is my drink.

Holy cow, SB, that is unbelievable!! Looks like something Hollywood created. Do you have to put the horses up and do special prep for something like that??
Nah, they just put their butts into the wind.
The thunderstorm that followed made a bit of a mess.

Didn’t get a picture of the smoke, but I had a bowl of Odds and Ends in my Grabow Color Duke mucking about.

Nice cool evening for a change. Smoking Ryback+P topped with a third of a bowl of Five Brothers Pipe Tobacco! in the Ropp 32S Dublin. Building up my nicotine muscles.
Now 4th week of Aug here in MN (State Fair Week) & with night temps in the 50's, it's being call the "Aug Chill", after last couple weeks of some daytime temps high 80's, even a 90.
NOTE: Last week, I'd parked my car facing West at the gym. When I returned, my temp gauge said 100 degrees inside, with outside temp of 87. I felt a quick kinship with my Forum Brothers & Sisters in TX, NM & AZ (CA?).
IIRC, the hottest temps I've ever experienced were 102 & two days of 105 in June, years back.
Hmm ... waiting to undoubtedly now hear comments from certain citizens along the lines of "I'm FREEZING"!
Aww, poor babies. :ROFLMAO:

I'm commending you for your interesting (awesome) Parfait (!!!).

My wife joined me on the patio this evening as I smoked my pipe. She said she was cold and went in and put on long pants and a long sleeved shirt. I was tempted to do the same but figured I would tough it out. I looked at the temperature on the weather app on my phone and it was 75 degrees 😂

Growing up in Maine when it hit 50 degrees in the spring it was T shirt weather 🤣
