Loaded up two Savinelli Saint Nicholas pipes I bought at their flagship store in Milan with some Captain Earle’s Nightwatch. The translucency of the stem material in that year’s edition has always been my favorite.

Mike, did you just buy these or have you had them a while? I don't recall seeing them before, but they sure are nice. Everyone is showing new pipes in pairs. I feel left out, ha..

Another morning with Cowboy Coffee in an Everyman Pot with black coffee. Only got about 1/4 thru before heading back in to help with prep for my son’s birthday (24 years old). Going to have a house full so I’ll need the rest of that bowl soon! View attachment 412687

I bought them at Savinelli‘s store in Milan last summer on a trip to Lake Como. I have not seem them stateside, either, but I assume someone had them here In the US. If not, Savinelli missed a big market. I really don’t like this years drab green stems on the Saint Nicholas.

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed my cats and all three ferals. Watching the Yankees-Red Sox game, which I'll put on pause when I do my walking reps. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Did a set of walking reps and am not far from finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a slight bent black pattern etched 1977 Lorenzo Lorsan Sigma level top billiard with a gray swirl acrylic saddle stem. Harry the Hairy stood driveway guard while Tomato the Brave hibernated under the neighbor's car watching me walk. Daisy the Feral Princess was snoozin' on her favorite chair. Going back to the ball game now.

Scouting different locations for Dove season. This particular area will be raining lead on the opener.
Enjoying some C&D Briar Fox in a Castello. View attachment 412740
That Castello is looking great!
Funny you mentioned The Opener as I just went over my Greener’s and Parker 12’s and a count of all my 2-3/4’s for that reason myself. We are absolutely loaded with Dove this year. Must be this dry weather and temperature drop?
