I was smoking a Pesse Canoe 20. Immediately got hit with a sensation as if I was drinking warm sea water. Wet and all. Realized it wasn't the canoe, but my tongue

Happy Sunday beloved! My morning pipe is the Peterson Dunmore 106 filled with Dunhill FLAKE. All my favorite things are olden except for coffee. The coffee needs to be fresh!
I haven’t been able to post for a few days because of work. Starting this morning off with Cornell and Diehl Burley Flake #1 in a Savinelli 677KS Tiger with coffee to pair. 
Cafe au lait, and some XXV Dawn in the Cob of Cobs. Not a bad morning, I was up early and stayed in bed with the sleepy dogs and wife, and I got some much-needed reading time. Glad to see everyone’s smokes right now, I always feel I am in very good digital company, perhaps better than I deserve!

C&D Winchester in a Savinelli Spinosa 320. This blend scratches the “I’m in the mood for a softer smoke” itch. Getting ready for the Filipino family visit. Lots of food is being prepared. Tonight it will be Chorizo and white bean soup with greens and potatoes. Pan con tomate with Manchego and charcuterie. I am blessed to have married into a Filipino family. Wonderful, fun loving people who love God and family.

I got really into the 858 candela wrap for a while. Very nice light smoke if you haven't tried before.I've had a few 8-5-8's in my humidor for just under the 2yr mark. Broke one out today to check on it and I'm not sure it made much of any difference. This cigar is probably my favorite in terms of price to taste right out of the box but now I'm in the last third and feeling like I wasted some effort.

Firing up PS Luxury Navy Flake (spiked with a little leftover GH Sweet Maple Twist) in a Nording bamboo (finger bones to me) billaird. With a cortado (although with this much foam maybe a bit more macchiato).
