Back home after spending the night with family out near the ocean and spending the first part of the day hitting several oyster beaches. Several limits met and dinner's gonna be good tomorrow. For tonight we hit a diner and are doing a chocolate fudge cake for my son's 21st before the drinks hit the table. He got knuckle-busted a few times but it was all worth the catch.

Back in the lounge for a quick restful pipeful of Exclusive in a Bonfiglioli, then back to the house for the rest of the day's festivities.

I'm still popping open jars that I filled up 5 years ago and never smoked for whatever reason. Tonight, it's Gaslight in a Kaywoodie shape 07. This is the first time I've been able to smoke a bowl of it without relighting every two puffs, so that's a plus. That said, this one isn't a winner for me. I've been finding my way home to latakia lately after a few years of smoking Burley about 75% of the time so I thought that maybe I was due for a change of heart on Gaslight. Not tonight, apparently.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Wilke 10 Downing Street in an undated straight, smooth flame grain Wessex Standard billiard with a brown accent on the tapered black vulcanite stem. All the cats ate. Daisy the Feral Princess stayed in, and is snoozin'. Harry the Hairy tried to start trouble with Tomato the Brave, and Tomato wanted out. I put Harry out for misbehaving.

Did a little low calorie snacking, and am smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dorchester in a straight smooth brown 1920s KBB Rocky Briar 1582 patent no.298978 with a B in a circle bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Daisy the Feral Princess came up to me for attention, but I think she was more interested in eating. After she ate, she laid down by my feet. The other two ferals are outside. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger went to the bedroom about an hour ago.

Near the half way mark of this bowl of first production Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a straight smooth brown undated Gesandt Canadian Made in England with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe was originally owned by Poul Schluter, who was the Prime Minister of Denmark from 1982-1993. Reading baseball box scores.
