Started my day with a bowl of Crooner in a MM Legend 5th Ave. Celebrating ? wrapping up the paper work and onboarding process for a new job I’ll be starting on the 23rd (a better position with more room for growth and advancement) with a Oliva Serie V Melanio Torpedo that I started on my drive home from work and am currently finishing on my back deck with the last of my Tandauy. A gorgeous afternoon so I’ll enjoy it.
My first smoke after a busy day is Samuel Gawith St. James Flake in a MM Legend. I had previously smoked Gawith Hoggarth Rum Flake in this cob and I love how the ghost is playing with the perique.
Now smoking year 2000 Wessex Brigade Sovereign Curly Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.
Finished the cigar, made and ate dinner, and now I’m finishing up last nights bowl of Evening Flake in my AKB Meer with a glass of Bulleit bourbon on the rocks. I got chased back inside by the mosquitos.
