@OlJawBone Yes I found the twist @condorlover1 sent me last year hard to light, even after rubbing out it was difficult getting my fire going...
@condorlover1 says I should be smoking twist at re-enactments...

Afternoon tryout for the second time of C&D Kajun Kake, this time in an intrepid small Burak Connoisseur Tankard size 2. First time I used a recommended "smaller" bowl, size 4. Was rough around the edges, very peppery etc. - not something I would look forward to smoking. Today, the little bowl worked great! No nasal pepper (!), just nice rather smooth red virgina and flavorful perique. FIred a companion bowl of Rattray Bagpiper's Dream that I find smooth and gentle for contrast. Mid-bowl Kajun Kake settled into a comparable smooth tasty blend. YMMV.
