Afternoon everyone, I started with Shandygaff in a BC Belami, the salty tang reminds me of the first couple of bowls from pipes in which I’ve used rock salt to de-ghost. I actually like that and the added gingery spice in the Shandygaff complements it well.
Now I’m having Downwind Plug in a MM Marcus and some grapefruit juice. Gonna sit in the garden and do some carving for a while.

Smoked very slow you can get some nice nuttyness, but generally young bright VAs do not react well with me. Should be decent after five or ten years age.

Smoke of this weekend was SG St. James Flake. There is an acidic taste in this one, similar to light roasted coffee. The type of wonderful acidic taste that tickles the tastebuds.
