So, after a day and a morning of smoking straight Cavendish Cut Burley by C&D in a variety of pipes, I added a handful of their Izmir to the mixing bowl and am smoking that in a Savinelli 'O' grade smooth plateaux top freehand Autograph, given to me by a forum member from Canada....west side.

The taste differences are already manifest and the Izmir's lightly spicy/sweet flavor joins the deep burley tobacco notes as if it was intended for that purpose.
