10 years since I’ve been to KL. Stayed at the Hyatt downtown as it was business trip and it was bustling then so I can only imagine. Batu Caves is great but watch the monkeys, not all are friendly and some of the museums are really good from memory.
Cloud 9 looks very nice and a welcome respite from the humidity.

Anyone else out there struggle deciding which  children pipes to bring on a vacation? We leave for Myrtle Beach on Friday and I'm having trouble. Took way too many with me on our cruise in January so I'm limiting myself to 5 in the suitcase and 1 as an 'on me' pipe. Driving, not flying so don't freak out with the whole 'in the suitcase' thing, need to get a dedicated pipe bag before we fly late-May.

Well if you’re in Surfside you can’t smoke on the Beach which is why I frequent Pawley’s Island the most.
Well that and the lack of people Myrtle is generally smoke friendly though and a nose warmer with a wind cap comes in pretty handy when out and about or on a Golf Course. Overall packing though I’m pretty heavy on bringing multiple blends and pipes for the patio.

Cloud Nine IS very nice with friendly and obliging staff
For a cigar or pipe smoker, it’s a welcome spot. And a must visit !
It’s open until 2.00am.

Come in for a coffee or a beer or a 3-course meal, then light up

I met the owner yesterday and introduced myself.

Now smoking some Telegraph Hill in a Castello #15 whilst I fathom the depths of the cattle market. As we develop this little farm I'm thinking of building a small feedlot, say 60 head or so just to keep the numbers flowing through. I've done it before with great success and it would be a nice fit here I reckon

Very nice, always good to know about these places. What's the tobacco retail presence like there now, wondering if there is another corridor in Asia for us to work our clandestine magic.
Oh PS; bloody great frost here in Tassie this morning so enjoy that warmth because winter is coming.

When traveling with pipes I treat it like underwear, one per day plus an extra.
