Yorktown is the Pegusus of Virginias......change my mind.
Yorktown....just plain, uncased Virginias.
Pegusus....just plain uncased Burley.

Actually, Pegasus is an American blend of 3 Burleys and a couple Virginias together with unsweetened Black Cavendish, according to C&D. But i concur there's no noticeable top note and it's certainly excellent tobacco on its own accord.

With that, afternoon smoke is Pegasus in a Viprati.

Sampling a variation of home made Hobbit’s Weed cake I made in the noodle press. Not bad, but not great. I’m trying to come up with a good cherry blend I can gift to my friend Bob who smokes cherry blends. When I get it right, I’ll name it Bob’s Black Cherry Biscuit and send him a cake or two. I think he will get a kick out of it.

Lower lakes in my area (Prince George BC) just starting to ice off. Run-off a ways off yet, and walk in areas of most rivers I fish is still clogged with snow or casual water. May late or early June for us.

Late post and no photo but had a bowl of Wilke 10 Downing St around 12:30 last night in an estate Falcon. Was out looking for my son’s cat that managed to open the front door and escape. The other four animals were all sitting and looking at the open door when we discovered it. Still haven’t found him yet! My son was at the prom and didn’t find out until this morning - he’s distraught to say the least.
