Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and have a third of a bowl left of year 2002 Reiner Long Golden Flake in a smooth dark brown quarter bend 1950s Comoy’s Blue Riband 187 yachtsman with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Just finished cleaning a few pipes. Watching the Red Sox-Angels game.

Half way through this bowl of Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a smooth medium bend terracotta Peterson POY 2023 X160 464/1100 military mount egg with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Cornell & Diehl’s Riverboat Gambler in my Molina bent billiard with a bamboo shank and acrylic stem. Taking it easy now and listening to the pipes magazine radio show. I enjoyed a bowl of Old Joe Krantz earlier when I took the garbage out after dinner and let my dog sniff around and claim some new territory in a new place down by the lake.

Ended the week with a glass of brandy and my 2nd to last bowl of McC Yenidje Highlander (sample) in a filterless Savinelli Bacco 321 rusticated bent author, as the snow rolled in. Wifey joined in with a cigarillo...we were celebrating the one year anniversary of our mustang living with us, and refused to let the incoming snowstorm dampen the festivities. The horse, however, did become dampened.

Needed a lot of relights, but an enjoyable smoke nonetheless. 8.2/10

Shabbat shalom!
Thanks to you I know what a scrub jay is, and I am better for it :)

Late to the party, again :) Busy days

Today's lineup:
2017 Haunted Bookshop in the little Peterson. I filled this 2 days ago and finally got around to smoking it late this morning

Next was Pegasus in a Stanwell DM

After that a Plascencia Reserva Original "nestico." Great little smoke

Now smoking Pegasus in the G Castello

Almost half way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 2018 full bend smooth Terracotta Peterson XL315 System Standard military mount with a nickel cap and a flared black vulcanite p-lip stem. I let Sam the Scamp out to roam around the house a bit, but I'm keeping both eyes on her to make sure nobody bothers her.

I’m back Boys & Girls! ❤️

I’m sure none of you bastards even knew I was gone, or missed me. LOL rotf

Haven’t smoked since January, I pushed it to much with some smoking and VAs, and the roof of my mouth was getting irritated, so needed a rest.

So now, no more rushing the puffing, and seriously going even slower with it. Hey, after all, aren’t we suppose to be chilling when smoking.

I hope everyone has been doing ok since I’ve been gone. ❤️

Starting back, 2021 Esoterica Tilbury, with a Radice Clear Bent Dublin, with Baldo Baldi briar aged over 20 years.

Be well everyone! 🤙 ❤️

Enjoyed a tasty Snap Dragon apple, and am passing the first third of this bowl of D&R Penhooker in a 1990 straight dark brown Commemorative reproduction of the 1890 Peterson Patent System 12393 stack billiard with a silver band and a bowed black acrylic 32 AB long stem p-lip. I may end the day with this smoke.

It's been a bit of an odd day for smoking for me today, since I didn't smoke any of the blends in my usual rotation and instead tried something new every time I wanted a smoke. I started off the day with Sutliff 507C Virginia Slices, tried out Peterson My Mixture 965 in the early evening, then finished off the night with Cornell & Diehl Old Joe Krantz Blue Label.

They were all very good blends in their own ways, though I don't think any of them topped my usual rotation picks of Orlik Golden Sliced, Early Morning Pipe, and Haunted Bookshop. I did like the Sutliff Virginia Slices quite a bit, but they really stung the heck out of my sinuses on the retrohale; which is an effect I don't get from my usual morning Orlik Golden Sliced. I have a feeling the Virginias in the Sutliff slices are just very young though, and may mellow out a lot after 6 months or a year in a Ball jar.

Guess I'll just have to wait and see!puffy
