Salty Dogs in a much shorter clay than previously. 😂 Idk when it broke but at least the right end broke! Still tasty as can be.😁 I might even prefer this shorter version. View attachment 301090
@Speak Easy Sorry to hear you've broken your favourite pipe; I've broken 2 clays so far this year. Salty Dogs is a good baccy for the King's Clay! A long stem clay pipe is better for having lit from the blacksmith's forge:)

Near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2020 Uhle’s Blend 44 in a 1922-38 Made in Ireland Peterson Dublin 3 straight smooth dark brown bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem. Watching a Gene Autry movie.

Your room seems eerily void of pipes.

Not for long. We are back in our house for the first time in 7 weeks while renovations were being done. Most everything is still packed away but getting unpacked is this weekend’s project. As part of the renovation I had an overhead (aka bathroom) fan installed above my chair in my den. It works like a charm- at least as effective and much quieter than the window fan I had used for years.
