My first pipe since getting my 2nd cataract surgery done. Warped Saint Espresso in a clay. My first try of this blend, thanks to the kindness of Forum member @TheIronMonkey . Good stuff, tastes like warm chocolate. Room note very pleasant. I am currently getting more chocolate than coffee. But as I love both, it's a winner. Will no doubt be purchasing some soon. Good day everyone!View attachment 300461

First smoke of the new Altinay, which arrived today! Had a SP order show up the same day, so decided to to start in on a fresh bag of Father Dempsey.

Also decided to throw in a coloring bowl. Interested to see if it turns much quicker.
Looks like an ice cream cone in a pipe! 😂 seriously though, I’m curious how that works.

OGS in a Stefano Rhodesian while I cleaned up the horse corral. Another stellar blend, another stellar smoke (and another gold price record to celebrate!). 9.5/10

Bird report: California scrub-jay, Steller's jay, Dark-eyed junco, White-crowned sparrow, California towhee, California quail, Northern flicker, Mourning dove, Mountain chickadee, House finch, and building a nest in a bush outside the tack room/workspace...an Oak titmouse couple! I hope they know a snowstorm is coming.

Chicken soup tonight, with the carcass of the chicken. There's very little I hate in this world more than food waste.

Passing the first quarter of this bowl of year 2018 Solani 633 in a straight 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
