Ran in our Local 10k this morning with a run time of 50:11 Last time was 36:40 in 1999 so I’m not terribly dissatisfied with the results today as my goal was to break 50 mins and I came darn close. Like they say close only counts in Hand Grenades and Horseshoes so I’ll have a bowl on the front porch now before taking a long overdue shower.
