A third of the way through this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke AE #3 beta test in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a pearl brown acrylic saddle stem. The last of this bag of Lavazza Classico, neat, is my drink.

Lane Limited HGL, a bulk blend that sets an example for so many premium blends for lighting up without a charring light, burning long and evenly, and not needing much tamping, in an artisan Jerry Perry from Colfax, N.C., a smooth bent billiard in orange stain with a bright orange/amber stem, the pipe I smoked on my one pilgrimage to the now-closed Nat Sherman store on 42nd St., NYC.
