Finally broke down and had to do it. ;-) Had this tub of PA around for a few weeks now, and today I 3d printed up a form to make a folded parchment paper liner for the old empty PC tin I had. Opened up the tub, filled the tin with the requisite 1 5/8 oz (had to press it in a little bit) and... old (1963-64) pocket tin now in business! Trying my first bowl of PA (maybe ever) in the Bones Poker. With bourbon and Liquid Death Mango Chainsaw sparkling water. Not bad. Not bad at all, amirite @shermnatman ?

That is an interesting sandblast. Appears different than what I see seeing today. I like it!

Why thank you. Smoking Spark Plug as I type this. I just received the bad news of a dear friend passing. He was the first principal I worked for as a teacher. An avid outdoorsman, he was both kind and gentle and had endless patience for me, a wild kid from the wrong side of the tracks working for the middle class in an uppity part of town.

I have only had 3-4 smokes in this and the chamber is not yet fully carbonised.
Compared to the bowl I had last week in a well-seasoned briar, there is a district earthy, clayey taste to this smoke.
