Watch City Rouxgaroux in my Peterson 80s bulldog.
Pretty good, but the gusty wind dampened my enjoyment a little. The sweetness and tanginess were a little subdued, and I quickly snuffed out the pipe at one point when I thought I caught a whiff of scorched wood.
I could definitely tell that I’d smoked a few bowls of Peterson Flake and other VaPers in the pipe before this one, too. I don’t intend to devote very many pipes to specific blends for life, but I could easily see myself becoming a serial monogamist…

I'm nearing the last third of this bowl of year 2016 Sutliff 507-C Slices in a black sandblast PSB medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 228/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Cleaning a few pipes as I watch the Braves-Cardinals game.

About a quarter of a bowl left of Wilke Lizzie Blood Virginia in a straight black with burgundy undertone sandblasted early 1960s Lane era Charatan 420 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
Listing this a few minutes early so I can concentrate on work for a bit: C&D Yorktown in a straight sandblasted black circa 1920s-30s (Comoy’s) Ancestor bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
