Not far from finishing this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.
Outdoor hiking in a Ferndown, no idea what this blend has to do with hiking, but it’s a good quality 100% burley and I’ve been looking for that. So far so good Also, I kind of ruined my cheap, old cig ashtrays, so I got a cheap Brigham.
I am smoking some of C&D's "The Beast". Decent smoke with very good power to it. At 51% perique it isn't for everybody. I would recommend you only smoke one bowl per day if you try this blend. I enjoyed the power of this tobacco but not so much the flavor. I won't be buying anymore.
I enjoyed this so much yesterday, I decided to revisit it this morning. mixture of equal parts:
Grand Croupier, Double Down, C&D Blk Cav and Sutliff J4.
All in the Bones Porch Buddy sitter.
A cup of coffee riding shotgun.
Did a set of walking reps on this sunny, windy day, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Part way through this bowl of H&H El Nino Reposado Marquee in a full bend black pebble finish 2001 Rinaldo Lithos YY8 Titania Silver Line egg with a tapered black acrylic stem. Have enough for one more bowl.
Victorian Match in a fifty plus year old Missouri Meerschaum freehand. I finally got some polishing wheels for the drill press and got the stem cleaned up-it was nasty when I got it.
I’m digging’ it, but Lucy the chiwiener isn’t impressed.
Back home from spring break and back to routine. Ugg. Lovely morning though of KBV Burley Morning Pipe in my burley machine Stanwell Bent Dublin. Coffee with that.
