I just cracked a 10 year old time of CAO’s Bella Vanilla. Time doesn't seem to have mellowed it much. Its light in vanilla flavor but pleasant. You can tell it will bite if smoked fast.

No smoke for me tonight. But after an exhausting re-org of my pipe racks and tobacco cellar, I am enjoying some La Fin Du Monde Belgian Style Tripel, and have my lip packed with Gawith Sweet Maple Twist. Wood stove cranked, wife, baby, and dog snoozing, and a good book. Tough to beat.
