I sat in the backyard with the wife and the pup, enjoying the sun while it lasted, and had a bowl of "Dino's Balkan Blend" (McClelland's: 5100, Syrian Latakia, Oriental, and a touch of D&R's Yenidje), in a 25 year old Savinelli smooth 207 Apple with a green acrylic ring, made for Harry Yablon's, long gone, Gift and Tobacco Emporium, in Skokie, Illinois. Back in the day, I bought more than two dozen pipes from Harry, who now is a manager at Iwan Ries.
