Dottie, it has potential!
I've used it in some blends and so far, so good. Unfortunately, it was blended in with some VA Red that is not yet ready for prime time, so although VERY tasty, the VA is also biting. So I'm going to do some pressing and fermenting tests with it.
The Prilep, though, was exceptionally enjoyable, and I'm going to blend it in with some McClellands 5100 and see how that is.
