Re-reading (and thoroughly enjoying) the late Tony Horwitz's "Confederates in the Attic - Dispatches from the Unfinished Civil War."
I'm re-reading "Insomnia" by King now. Have read all those you mentioned, except for Never Flinch. I assume that is his newest one. As to the quality, I have noticed that he has been getting more "politically charged" as his novels progress. I hope that is not what you are experiencing.Trying to get through Never Flinch by Stephen King one of the worst books by him and an a big fan of his books. I have read and enjoyed all of his books, loved Duma key, cujo and so you like it darker its has a short story follow up to the novel called rattlesnakes. The dark tower series I recommend
It's in my Kindle, and I usually dive in to new King books, but I've put off reading this one. Perhaps I sensed it was a stinker.Trying to get through Never Flinch by Stephen King one of the worst books by him and an a big fan of his books.
