Finished reading THE ZEBRA-STRIPED HEARSE by Ross Macdonald, now re-reading BLOOD MERIDIAN by Cormac Macarthy.
Just scratching the 'ol HPL itch with this, I am enjoying it so far.
Just finished “Kokoro” which I really enjoyed - very melancholic themes and a lot of exploration of loneliness, isolation, death etc.
Got an old copy of Bram Stoker’s Dracula in a second hand bookshop so started that yesterday and have loved it so far - no idea why I’d put off reading it until now, although it’s not a genre I’m often tempted by.
Still haven’t read Frankenstein either, so will add that to the pile!

I’ve only ever read the Wind Up Bird Chronicle which I really enjoyed - any recommendations on what to follow up with of his work?
