Insert the sound of puffing and slight sizzle?

The key to achieving a good tune there is juxtaposing the rhythm of the puffing with the contrapuntal sizzle in 6/8 time. Get it wrong, and it sounds like crap. But get it right...well, it still sounds like crap, but you've killed a bunch of time in the process. This is useful for those with a crappy desk job, BTW...
