Now playing Blue Oyster Cult - Fire of Unknown Origin.
As far as I know Blue Öystercult was the first band (before Pink Floyd) with a laser show. Went to their gig because of that. The only song I knew was 'Don't Fear The Reaper' which was in the charts. I liked the song but be honest, at that time I prefered other groups.

Also amazed that Mr. Bungle is making a comeback! So I’ve been going back to my Bungle records lately. Anyone else a Mr. Bungle fan?

I think your are right according to this site.(I saw BÖC in 1976). So I stand corrected.


But if I understand the article correctly Led Zeppelin were using a laser (single beam) before The Who in May 1975 at Earls Court. Of course this can't be called a laser-show.

Anyway,
