Last night I rocked it with Jeff Beck and his Guitar Shop album which if memory serves, came recommended by mod Al. Great album but woefully short.

Hall and Oates - Abandoned Luncheonette
I sold a sub/satellite speaker system to a young kid a few weeks ago.
I hooked them up to my garage stereo and I asked him what kind of music he enjoyed. He said rap. I said the only wrap I had was Jeff Beck from this album (title track). I asked if he knew Jeff Beck and he said "yes"! I was surprised and sold them to the right guy (he was a guitar player).
New Warren Haynes solo album, it is very good.
This popped up next, my introduction to Jason Isbell and still my favorite song. (followed by If We Were Vampires).

When fresh out of the British Army as a lithographer in the 60s I went to work at a major UK print company. One of my first jobs there was to print Traffic's album sleeve for ''Mr Fantasy''. I always loved this track and Steve Winwood does a great job on this live recording. Happy days.
Had a quiet (?) night in with SRV and the boys last night....terrific stuff.
