The Smiths - What Difference Does It Make?, from Hatful of Hollow (1984). Always liked this version better than the one on the debut album.
Been running ton of errands. So, without having any choice in my musical selection, listening to local classic rock playing either Led Zepp or Pink Floyd all day long. Need to figure out have to Bluetooth the MP3 to car stereo.

“Walking on Sunshine” by Katrina and the Waves is still the best musical shorthand for happiness. If you hear that song play in a movie, you know exactly what emotion you are meant to detect. Someday “Happy” by Pharrell Williams might take the crown, but he had to literally name the song “Happy” to even come close to challenging the champ.
When “Happy” became a big hit, I wonder if Katrina and the Waves were bummed . . . and what would Katrina and the Waves being bummed would even sound like?

A remarkable album by a couple of legends.

I saw Wishbone Ash live quite a few years ago.
They played a great set, and looked the part with their Gibson Flying Vs.
Argus is a really good album. I especially like Leaf and Stream.
Possibly a bit left field, being poetry and not music...
