When I heard this guitarist for the first time in 1975 I was so fascinated by the way he played his Telecaster that I immediately bought his album ‘Live Stock'. On stage he remained cool not a poser no attitudes like many of other guitarists at time. He talks rather than he sings. Sadly, he died in prison by suicide 1988.

Damn...that's some serious geetar playin' right there.

Listening to The Mothers Live at the Fillmore East- June 1971 on LP, one of my favorite Zappa concerts. This album features a long, hilarious group of songs and banter that chronicle the attempts to seduce reluctant groupies, leading up to Flo & Eddie singing their "big hit song (with a bullet)," "Happy Together"
(This is a must-have album)
