Yesterday I met a few ex-colleagues in the evening. Since I live far away from everyone, and wanted to save a few $, I drove to the Pub. So I had to nurse a Blue Moon for 2+ hours, while the rest enjoyed! I remediated that after I was back home with a drink of Jura 10, and Basil Hayden’s Bourbon.
Today’s potential line up pictured below and I started with Aberlour A’Bunadh which is an exceptional scotch.

Armagnac weather.....Armagnac drinkin' on a Saturday.

Saw the El Dorado in your cabinet, that’s my favorite rum. Not many rums out there that taste that good and smooth neat!

.....soooooooo much sugar dosed post-distillation is their secret ? Not a hater, I still drink it as well. But it's like 30% ABV in actuality (European market hygrometer tests) post the dosing. I drink a snoot-full as a change up from port/Madeira for a nightcap ?

Idong,South Korea.
Only made mead once. It tasted like spiked Mountain Dew. I should try again.
There are so many different honeys to make mead with. My favorites are orange blossom and cotton honeys.

I make a 12% ABV ginger beer with limes and lemons that tastes a lot like Mt Dew. I like that “zing” though.
