Sapporo. Just love Japanese lagers. I'm not too found of German lagers, probably due to getting bunch of craps that're available here. Personally an ale guy. I prefer that sweetness of malt. Japanese lagers seems to capture that perfectly without killing it with shape hops.
2nd pint. Can't have just one pint. That's un-American.
A bit of spiced rum
Gozenshu 'Misty Mountain' Junmai Nigori (sake only loosely filtered). Drinking at room temperature and the first tokkuri-ful served 'uwazumi', with the sediment still settled at the bottom of the bottle. The bottle will be shaken gently for the second serving so as to get a thicker, milky drink with more body. I don't know of any other beverage so responsive to small temperature changes: one little eggcup-sized choko will change subtly, sip by sip, as the cup warms in your hands. I think it's the alcohol equivalent of pipe smoking...

New invention.
Totally works.
16 YO son suggested the name, because you're putting one inside the other.
(Although instead of using a standard White Russian, I just built it from scratch using coffee, rum, vanilla extract, sugar, heavy whipping cream... and vanilla ice cream melted into it for good measure ... then mixed in Expedition Stout)
