Oddly enough I like Islay but never got on the laphroig band wagon.
Plymouth is in my top three gins and I’ve been digging on this navy strength from the Black Friars. Either a proper martini or gin and tonic is doing it for me. Rum is my wife but gin!! Gin is my mistress.
I'm with you. More of a Bunnahabhain fan myself. However, i'll have it when visiting my brother as it's one of his faves, but i do dig a Lagavulin 16 on occasion. If you like peated malts, i'd recommend checking out Ledaig, from the Isle of Mull, too, if you haven't already. Hidden gem.
