Cup 'o char. It's rather chilly. That means crap load of black tea. Specifically, Yorkshire Gold. It used to be PG Tips pyramid bag. But since they discontinued pyramid bags, the taste changed. Long live YG.
Just finished putting up the tree, having a new Belgium holiday ale to celebrate.
Gin Hot: absolutely pointless showing you a pic of the mug it's in, so here's a verbal description:
A nice, warming winter beverage beloved in the Victorian era but sadly, largely forgotten these days.
It's simple: pour a couple of fingers of a dry London gin into a half-pint mug, add a slice of lemon and a teaspoonful of graulated white sugar (or a sugar cube), top up with near-boiling water, stir well, and drink. Cheers!

Jameson BB and Pepsi. It's Saturday night. Watched enough Marvel movies, and have nothing going on tomorrow. Not even a confession. Of course, no longer being a Catholic might have to do something with that. But I haven't been a Catholic since JH. Being a non-practicing buddhist, nothing going on on Sunday anyway. It's just my Jameson and Buddha all night long. He makes a lousy drinking buddy.
Rum, honey, slice of lemon, hot water. In half pint mugs. Palliative care for the common cold. Time for another one...
Can't decide. Jameson or Guinness. Or both. Haven't had Guinness in some time due to drinking Japanese lagers Time for some sour stout.
