Right now, I just poured a cup of decaf "Cafe Du Monde" & 1/2 & 1/2 the new Orlean's way -delicious!
I'm currently sipping on a soju beer while enjoying some chimaek (chicken and beer). It's the perfect duo, as your know if you've ever been to Seoul like me - https://gowithguide.com/blog/seoul-tourism-statistics-2023-the-ultimate-guide-5535. Chimaek is everywhere in the city and truly is a must-try food. The flavors of the beer and soju with crispy fried chicken just go so well together.

Black coffee and listening to the wind howl.
Got a little warm weather, so I decided to break out the G&T last night.
A lovely oily, smoky blended malt from the wizards at Springbank.
Considered a budget blend, but at 50%abv and unchillfiltered this peppery dram is great value amongst enthusiasts here in Scotland.
Change of Heart, a Bell's black IPA. I'm not a fan of IPAs, but I like this one more than most. Two Hearted is my gold standard.
Forgot how much I like sazeracs.
Excellent choice! I always have a bottle of this around, along with my beloved SpringBank 15 and Kilkerran 12.
Currently poured a dram of Rock Oyster 18 to fire up with some Bell's 3 Nuns (2012) in a Bellezia gold dot.
Now to finish up my jar of electrolyte water and give that glass 15 minutes to breathe. Slainte Mhath!
