Third cup of espresso. Finally got it dialed in. Bitterness and sourness are unnoticeable until the moment you taste on tongue later. Sweetness lingers as after taste. I think it's as good as I can pull from this machine and grinder.
Budweiser, for now, as I forage for something to eat. Cheers

Been sipping mezcal lately, unfortunately lack variety where I live.
This past week we had record breaking heat up to 95 F, today the high was 50 F (my kind of temperature) with rain. Warming up and relaxing now with an old fashioned. Cheers 
Coffee this morning, sometimes I will enjoy it black and sometimes I will add cocoa bitters and this Silk Creme Brulee almond creamer to it. Sometimes bourbon. Cheers
