Looks like you are smoking too hot and lightning the pipe a lot during the last part of the bowl. Where the draft hole enters the bowl I see burns starting on both pipes. Try using matches to light the pipe, hold the pipe straight when lightning and take your time. It’s okay to have some dottle left over. It just takes practice.

You're definately holding the flame against the wood to light on the rim nearest your face. I did this at first and really charred on pipe, a cob. I was able to use spit to remove. I now have a directional pipe lighter that's easy to prevent what you are doing.

Maybe try the really soft flame of a match for a while. Once you are used to that, you can probably approximate it with a lighter. I confess I have a bit of char on some of my pipes, but I think of it as patina; it means I'm enjoying the pipes with reckless abandon.

dottle is trash. What is dottle if you don't know. It's just that last bottom bit of pipe tobacco. If you try to light it once or twice and it doesn't stay lit it's done. Dump that last wet bits out.
And you can check it it is char on the rim by wetting a paper towel and seeing if you can wipe off the black stuff. If you can it's just gunk and no big deal. If it doesn't wipe off you are burning your pipe.

Cracks in the cake. Cake shouldn't even exist in a pipe in the first place, but each to his preferences.

For the rim char, looks like you're tilting the Peterson downwards when you light it: this happens with bents a lot. Try to keep the rim of the pipe parallel to the ground when lighting it to avoid this.

You know, actually I'm like when the ring is burnt a little bit. I'm worry about cracks, I'm afraid that I just kill the pipe.

I'm sorry if if I came across rather flippant in my first reply with the Sword of Damocles thing, but at the time I couldn't resist having a bit of a joke.
To be helpful though, I would suggest using an easier to light tobacco.
Recommendations would be St Bruno ready rubbed and GH dark birdseye.
Pack quite loosely to begin with, and then carefully tamp until you feel some resistance to the draw. You may find that just a brief burst with the lighter will get things going, and then tamp occasionally as you go down the bowl.
Hope that will solve the rim charring problem, and get you on the road to a more enjoyable experience.
