Loborx, I think San Diego will be it this time-- I don't drive, and there's a light rail link from downtown to Old Town. Easy and simple. I'll be putting many others in this thread on my list.

In the Baltimore area, Faders in Towson, Maryland, located just north of Baltimore City. In the Midwest, I have had excellent experiences at The Briar and Burley in Bloomington, Indiana. They have a large collection of pipes on display, including an impressive assortment of Luigi Viprati handmade pipes.
