I think that the D&R selections you have are not particularly 'flavored' as much as just good tobacco.

One of their bulks (Athey) seems to be a topped VA that is dry and delivers a bit of that topping in the taste.

If you don't like pure tobacco flavor, those first two might not appeal to you. Picayune or PenHooker.

PenHooker is an "all day", great quality, straight VA and picayune is a nic bomb with great taste.

the reason i'm gonna order penhooker and picayune is cuz they sound like better quality for the price than bugler, the bugler's close, about as cheap if i get a pound in the future if I like picayune and penhooker

I don't know I ordered three of scotty's blends and dried them under a lamp but even dried it didn't give the same kick as bugler
