I really enjoy the Stokkebye Cube Cut and Sutliff Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match.

I’ve only been smoking 1.5 years or so, but in that time those are the two I have consumed the most. Super easy to load and smoke (once lit), both are on the sweeter side without being overwhelming. The Sutliff is a burley blend and the Cube Cut is a Virginia/burley mix.

Your rotation is now about seven blends including those on the way. Be sure you are attentive to what is in each of those -- the base tobacco, the condiments, and any flavoring.

I wouldn't go in a mad rush to smoke everything in sight. You want to learn as you go, and not end up with an accumulation of blends half of which you don't like,

Study the tobacco pages online and learn about the various genres and what tobaccos they include. Making a note of what you enjoy and why helps, either in writing or by memory.

Always read the specifications when window shopping, and especially when ordering anything -- strength, room note, taste, and tobaccos in the blend, and flavoring if any.

There are thousands of blends out there. You won't smoke them all and don't want to. The object is enjoyment, so follow what you like, and take your time.

After trying Pegasus and Haunted Bookshop, I think my favorite of the bunch is still 1Q, however, 1Q does get a little sour for me halfway into the bowl, and apparently it is very similar to OTC blends such as CPT Black.

I think I'll keep my eyes out for some more aromatics or cased burleys. Do blends like Carter Hall smell as pleasant as other aromatics such as 1Q? The aroma is a pretty big seller for me(and those around me).

I'd love to try the ennerdale mixture but am short on pipes and have heard bad things about 'lakeland ghosting'.
