I've always liked the Mac Baren's logo:

If we're talking Tobaccos as well then McClellands Whale in the Moonlight is probably in my list of favorite logos of all time. Capstan's is great, Presbyterian, Sillem's is pretty iconic and a little foreboding. Peterson and Savinelli are both fairly basic but nice in their own way and pretty representative of them as a brand.
It's kind of hard to find great pipe tobacco packaging these days, even ignoring all the warning labels and what not. A lot of the graphic design and illustration for tobacco packaging took a pretty sharp nosedive after the 70s, some of that earlier stuff is absolutely fantastic though. So much beautiful tin art.

Logo wise, to me there is nothing as simple, elegant and functional as the Dunhill White Spot
I wouldn't say they're my favorite logos, but I like them.
I like the Claudio Cavicchi partial solar eclipse logo.
What a great looking dog.
The two dot negative space Skoda is pretty cool, but the Tatum eyes are probably the coolest.
