I'm biased towards University Flake because my day job is teaching college, but I also really like the plum topping on a burley blend.

RY kicked my ass the only time I tried it, but people whose taste I respect like it, so I'll probably try it again.

Sitting on tins of DNR and Va Flake, hoping they age well.

only ever smoked the actual murrays made dunhill EMP. made me spin with nicotine. I almost threw up the first time i smoked it. But i was smoking it in what would have been a 15/16 diameter bowl, 1.5 deep. on empty stomach. Oh those were the days..

But honestly, I have played with some of the non dunhill inspired peterson blends and really wouldnt want to spend the money to see if modern
EMP was decent.

I really miss London Mixture and Aperitif. I still enjoy the current versions of Elizabethan and Royal Yacht. I have not had Flake, 965 or Nightcap in probably ten or twelve years. How are the current incarnations of those blends?
I haven’t had the OG Dunhill 965, but the current Peterson is pretty tasty. The current Pete Nightcap is very good, though I’ve only had 2016 Dunhill to compare; since the vintage has mellowed quite a bit (especially the Latakia), the Peterson seems slightly sharper and more flavorful to my palate.
