It’s in reference to the pipe Kevin Costner smoked in the Hatfields and McCoys mini series.

This is the closest it’s a Ryan Alden with Fumed Stain

Yep, named generically after the Kostner character, typically with a short stem, bulbous egg bowl, and the bowl is usually canted. Personally, I avoid pipes that evoke a character, even if it is Sherlock Holmes, definitely if it is Devil Anse. He was not particularly worse than his rival in the feud, and he somewhat prevailed, but I'd put him in the category of an unpleasant historical figure.
